Cut out your balloon-tied present with the Up for a Celebration Die (sold separately) for added versatility and dimension. Includes 12 pre-printed panels (6 each of 2 panel designs) measuring 4 x 5 1/4 in. each. Printed on Sugar Cube Cardstock.
