Here at CPD we love a good Sursee (a just because treat), which also happens to be a city in Switzerland! You'll find the sister city to Sursee in a town in Illinois- Highland! This mix of festive sequins is ready to party and yell SURPRISE with all it's hologram sparkle and metallic pizazz. Full of iridescent stars, this mix has an array of red and peach sequins that pair nicely with Merlot and Clay Mask. Highland was created to coordinate with the Cupcake & Candles Patterned Paper. Approximately 1 Tablespoon mixture packaged in a clear screw top round container.
