Once foiled, the whimsical balloons are perfect for all types of coloring; including watercolor, alcohol & brush markers, colored pencils and no-line coloring. Combine with the coordinating Ribbons & Balloons layering stencil set to ink blend the images with all 48 shades of our premium dye inks. Use the coordinating Ribbons & Balloons die set to cut out the image.
